How long will it take for someone to contact me about 
my application?

If we shortlist your application, our Recruitment Team will call you to talk about the role and what happens next. We’ll keep you fully informed about timescales and where your application is up to throughout the recruitment process.

Where can I find out more about Assurant Solutions?

What opportunities are there for career progression?

We’re very proud of our winning team and are passionate about providing the progression, training and support everyone needs to succeed. From day one, everybody enjoys an intensive on-boarding process and receives continual coaching and support from their team. Striving to provide as many training and development opportunities as possible, we also give our people priority for the majority of our vacancies, so they can progress within our business.

There are a number of development choices available throughout your career at Assurant, our programs are underpinned by external qualifications and accredited by the ILM.

If I’m not successful this time, can I apply again?

Of course you can. If after six months of applying you want to apply for the same role or another role, you can reapply.

What are the working hours?

Our standard working hours are 40 hours per week. However, your actual shift pattern will depend on your role. Our Recruitment Team will talk you through it all.

Where are you based?

Our Head Office and Contact Centre are based in modern buildings in Crewe.

What credit and reference checks are required?

Everybody is required to complete credit and CRB checks and supply a minimum of two employment references.

What are the minimum requirements for joining Assurant Solutions?
