It was more success for our referral scheme as we picked up awards for ‘Best Employee Referral Strategy’. The Insurance Fraud Awards 2012

We’re very proud to gain the accolade of ‘Fraud Investigation Team of the Year’ for the second time in three years. Training Journal Awards 2012

Our Learning & Development Team put together a brilliant Customer Excellence training programme to help us better meet the needs of our customers. It was so good it won an award for ‘Best Practise in Learning Transfer’. The judges commended our outstanding training design that focused on changing employee behaviour rather than on merely imparting new knowledge.
